Terms and Conditions Agreement

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Training Materials: Our training portal offers various training materials, including videos, manuals, and other resources, to help you master our spa protocols. These materials are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional advice or guidance.

2. User Access: Our spa customers may request access to the training portal. If approved, you will be invited to create a unique login and password to access the training materials. Your access to the training portal is tied to the spa you work at, and if you stop working there, you will no longer have access. You will need to reapply should you start work at a new spa that provides Pure Fiji treatments. User logins and passwords should not be shared with others outside the organization or spa you work for.

3. Intellectual Property: All materials on the training portal, including but not limited to videos, manuals, and other resources, are the property of Pure Fiji and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any materials on the training portal without our prior written consent.

4. Use of Materials: You may only use the training materials for your personal use in mastering our spa protocols. You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose or share them with third parties without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimers: The training materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with the training portal. We do not warrant that the training materials will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Pure Fiji be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the training materials, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the training portal after such modifications shall constitute your agreement to the modified terms and conditions.
